Bryson Accounting & Tax Service, LLC is looking for a Tax Preparer.
Bryson Accounting & Tax Service, LLC works in collaboration with Bryson Law Firm, LLC, a Tax Resolution Law Firm, to deliver quality accounting, tax, and consulting services, including:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
- Payroll Processing
- QuickBooks Software Consulting (QuickBooks Pro Advisor)
- Tax Preparation (Personal, Business, Sales, Payroll, Estate)
- Tax Planning
A Bryson Tax Preparer reviews current AND past due tax returns (particularly 1040 with Schedule C, Partnership, & Corporate Income Tax Returns) for clients of Bryson Accounting & Tax Service, LLC, with a particular understanding that a large number of clients will be referred from Bryson Law Firm, LLC and will thus require a great deal of attention, patience, persistence, and time-management.
- Gathering detailed information from clients in a diligent, customer-service-oriented manner and involves working with the internal office staff of Bryson Accounting and Tax Service, LLC and Bryson Law Firm, LLC to prepare accurate and complete returns in a timely manner.
- Being the “go-to” person for all Bryson staff for the status of each tax client’s file
- Maintaining each tax client’s internal checklist and creating a communication plan for tax return preparation to keep clients updated
- Ensure that top-quality Bryson customer service is being delivered at all times, assist in planning and implementing annual tax season initiatives, deliver returns to clients, etc.
The ideal candidate also possesses the following character traits and qualifications:
- A Servant’s Heart, with a passion to help others
- Minimum 2+ years of tax preparation experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field REQUIRED
- PTIN REQUIRED
- CPA Certification Preferred
- Ability to prepare tax returns according to/with knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles REQUIRED
- High energy and self-motivation
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Effective communication skills; customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with and capable of providing accounting and tax guidance
- Solid experience with accounting and tax software (Ultra Tax)
