Need a Personal Fed Tax Expert (Form 1040) - for Senior Oil & Gas tycoon.  

Need a 8-15 yr CPA to come on board with salary and investment opportunities in our investments (oil wells, IPOs, etc). 

We are:

1. Located in The Woodlands, on Interstate 45 North, for 20+ years.
2. One wealthy owner and his son. Owner has 40+ yrs O&G experience in E&P. Approx net worth $1Billion. Very liquid.  Most is invested in the public stock market with some MLPs. 
3. Son is easy. Father is not very complicated taxes.  Both super nice people. 
4. We utilize CCH software in-house.
5. 25-45 staff in combination oil & gas operating company (TX and LA) and family office.  
6. Non-public (i.e., private)
7. Possible IRS audit of personal taxes? (It would be our first.)  If so, you will work with both outside legal counsel who is expert in dealing with IRS audits and in-house CPA who prepared our taxes over the years. 
8. In total, there will be:

• One Form 1120 (very simple)
• One Form 1065 (a 85% and 15% owner)
1. Another Form 1065 (is for the 85% ownership above)
2. Form 1120 (also very simple; is for the 15% owner above)
• Two Form 1040s (Father and son)

Candidate will have:

1. 8-15 yrs experience with Form 1040 issues (including moderate Oil & Gas related)
2. 2 yrs Form 1120 and 1065 issues (really the latter)
